Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 48 hours of the purchase/delivery date. To be eligible:

• Items returned after 48 hours will not be accepted

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 15 days of the purchase/delivery date. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging must be intact
• Exchanges are subject to product availability

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrances
• Gift sets that have been opened
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
