Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Oman: 2–4 business days
• Gulf Countries (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): 4–7 business days

Try Before You Keep You can try on the pieces and return the ones you don't want directly with the courier at the time of delivery. The delivery fee remains payable by the customer.

Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling When the courier contacts you for the first time, you may reschedule delivery up to 3 days. If 3 delivery attempts are made with no response, the order will be automatically cancelled. Should you wish to have the order reshipped after cancellation, the full shipping fee will be charged again at double the original rate, and payment must be made online in advance.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
